Founded in 2012 by Josh and Donna, the camp was built with a vision to create an intimate and immersive safari experience while preserving the beauty and integrity of Mugie Conservancy.

For Josh, the wilderness has always been home. Raised exploring the vast Laikipia plains and the great north, often on foot and with a trusted camel train, he developed an unshakable bond with the land. This lifelong passion for nature and adventure was shared by Donna, and together, they set out to craft a camp that reflects their love for the untamed wilderness.
